Admission Fee

The admission fee paid at the time of enrollment confirmation is strictly non-refundable under all circumstances. Once a student’s seat has been reserved, the institution allocates academic resources accordingly; therefore, this fee cannot be refunded, adjusted, or transferred to another student, sibling, program, or academic session.

Tuition Fee

All tuition fee payments made to ESE are strictly non-refundable. This includes monthly tuition payments, regardless of whether a student chooses to withdraw, discontinue attendance, or transfer after enrollment.

External Examination Fee

Any fees paid for external examination registrations, including but not limited to Cambridge International or Pearson Edexcel registrations, are subject to the respective examination board policies. Once such payments have been processed or submitted to the relevant examination board, they are non-refundable.

Security Deposit

Security deposit submitted at the time of admission is refundable and shall be processed within 30 to 45 working days after the student’s formal withdrawal and completion of institutional clearance procedures.

The security deposit will only be refunded provided that:

  • No outstanding fee dues remain unpaid
  • No school property has been damaged
  • All institutional materials/assets have been returned (where applicable)
  • All formal withdrawal procedures have been completed

ESE reserves the right to deduct any outstanding liabilities before processing the final refundable amount.
