At the European School of Excellence (ESE), our fee structure is designed to ensure operational continuity, academic resource planning, and a high-quality student experience. By enrolling a student at ESE, parents/guardians agree to the following fee terms:
- Admission Fee
- Admission Fee is a one-time non-refundable fee payable at the time of admission confirmation.
- Admission will only be considered confirmed once the admission fee is successfully received.
- Admission fee cannot be transferred to another student, sibling, academic year, or program.
- Security Deposit
- Security deposit paid at the time of admission shall be refunded only upon formal withdrawal clearance.
- Deductions may apply in case of outstanding dues, damages, or unreturned institutional property.
- Tuition Fee
- Tuition fee is charged on a monthly basis.
- Fee deadlines must be strictly observed.
- Parents are responsible for ensuring timely payments regardless of whether reminders are received.
- Late Payment Charges
- Payments received after the due date may incur late payment penalties.
- Continuous delay may result in restricted access to classes, exams, reports, or school services.
- Annual Fee Revisions
- ESE reserves the right to revise tuition fees annually based on operational costs, inflation, curriculum enhancements, and institutional expansion. Parents will be informed in advance.
- Withdrawal Notice
- Parents must submit formal written notice before student withdrawal.
- Failure to provide proper notice may result in additional fee liability.
- Examination Registration Charges
- External examination board fees (Cambridge/Edexcel etc.) are separate unless explicitly stated. This may include: Registration fee, Subject entry fee, Late registration penalties or Certification charges
- Outstanding Dues
- Students with unpaid balances may face: Withholding of report cards, Examination restrictions, Transcript delays, Re-enrollment restrictions
- Policy Updates
- ESE reserves the right to amend fee policies when required. Updated policies will be published on the official website.
